Friday, July 13: Ascot & Chepstow Daily Double: #1 Marhaba Milliar (Ascot, 2.15pm)
Our daily double tips have been in good form and this Friday, July 13: Ascot & Chepstow Daily Double looks another winner.
The first leg is an unraced son of Kodiac and is trained by John Gosden.
He is in incredible form and is currently firing at a 29% strike rate.
Marhaba Millilar is so well bred and has to be respected here.
This one is a half brother to Queen Kindly, who was a very talented horse.
His biggest claim to fame was winning the Group 2 Lowther Stakes at York in 2016.
Queen Kindly also won three more times over this trip, including one Listed race, and also ran well here at Ascot.
If Marhaba Milliar has any of the talent of his illustrious sibling he could be good and the word is his sibling has shown up well at home.
In addition, Robert Havlin takes the ride and he is firing at a 17% strike rate.
Friday, July 13: Ascot & Chepstow Daily Double: #2 Air Of York (Chepstow, 6.10pm)
The second leg of our Friday, July 13: Ascot & Chepstow Daily Double also represents a trainer in form.
Air Of York is a six-year-old son of Vale Of York and is trained by John Flint.
He is firing them in at a 33% strike rate and Air Of York was also one of this recent winners.
That was also here at Chepstow and was his best run on our ratings since 2016.
The step up to a mile here looks reasonable, since he was doing his best work at the end last time out, and conditions should be ideal.
In addition, Gabriele Malune takes the ride.
