This Sunday, August 12: Monster BTTS Acca has five selections from all around Europe including some of the highest scorers in the business.

After the first four games, only four points separate Aalborg and Nordsjaelland, in Aalborg’s favour. They have both scored and conceded in good measure, making them prime BTTS candidates. Six of their last seven head-to-heads have ended with both sides scoring. Honours have been shared in recent meetings so this promises to be another tight one.

Oostende and Genk have both won one game from their first two and goals have been on the agenda. Their last three meetings have seen all three end with both sides scoring, with one win each and a draw. Another evenly matched game is on the cards with plenty of goals.

Vitesse are odds on favourites to beat Groningen at home in their season curtain raiser. Both had excellent BTTS strike rates last season. Vitesse had a 62% record and Groningen 65%. Three of their last four head-to-heads ended BTTS and we fancy more of the same here.

St Johnstone and Hibernian have met four times in the last two years and every time it has seen both teams net a goal. Hibs had the highest BTTS record in the Scottish Premiership last season with 66% of games ending that way. Having banged three goals in, in their first game, Hibs will be confident of scoring but can they keep St Johnstone out? We don’t think so.

Young Boys seem to be repeating their domination of the Swiss league from last season. They have racked up three straight wins without conceding. Logic tells us that they are now very likely to concede because they have to at some point. Luzern were the masters of BTTS last season, hitting 69% of their games with goals at either end.  With Young Boys not far behind at 67%, they were the top two ranking BTTS sides in Switzerland. Incredibly, they have met 12 times since 2015 and 11 of those ended up with both sides scoring.
