This Monday, May 21: Tip of the Day has three selections with two home bankers from Denmark and an away shout in Germany.

Brondby and Midtjylland are joint on points going into the final stages of the season. Losing at home to Midjylland was a nightmare result for Brondby last time out and they will be looking to bounce back against a poor Aalborg side. Of the last five head-to-heads, Brondby have won three and drawn two. In terms of form, Brondby are smashing Aalborg. The hosts have only lost one in over twenty games whereas Aalborg have only mustered two wins in their last nine. Three home points seems nailed on.

Midjylland will be buzzing from their away win at Brondby. They host bottom of the Championship group Horsens who they have beaten in the last three head-to-heads. The home side have won their last three and are in rampant form. The visitors on the other hand have won once in the last thirteen attempts. This has to go to Midtjylland.

Wolfsburg shouldn’t be in a relegation play-off but that’s where they find themselves. They beat Keil 3-1 in the first leg and are a superior side to Keil from the division below. In recent times they had some highlights like drawing with Leipzig, an away win at Freiburg and a 4-1 drubbing of Koln. They aren’t terrible. In fact, in 2009 they won the Bundesliga. And in 2015 they won the domestic cup. Wolfsburg going down would be a travesty. They should smash Keil and start their rebuild for next season.
